Corrugated Tubes
Altech corrugated tubes are made from flame-retardant Polyamide 6 (PA-6), delivering excellent protection for cables against impact, abrasion, and mechanical stress. They are very flexible, offer high fatigue life, and come in a wide range of sizes (inner diameters from about 2.8 mm to 47.7 mm) with both continuous and slit types available.
These tubes operate reliably across a temperature range of –40 °C to 120 °C (short-term up to 150 °C) and are halogen-free, UV resistant, and non-flammable per relevant safety standards (UL94, DIN 75200). Accessories like straight or 90° connectors, seal rings, O-rings, and mounting clips complement the system for full installation flexibility.
For example, the 14 mm version has an inner diameter of 14.2 mm, outer diameter 18.5 mm, and is rated IP65 without O-ring / IP68 with O-ring, with a bending radius around 40 mm.
