Control Enclosures and Suspension Systems
Altech control enclosures (CC-3000, CC-5000) and modular suspension systems (CS-3000, CS-2000, CS-480 NR) offer flexible mounting and positioning solutions for industrial panels and HMIs.

Most machines require direct access to the operating or MMI panels to control programming and run functions. In some cases simultaneous visual inspection of specific parts of the machine may also be necessary, creating the need to move the panel to a better viewing position. BERNSTEIN’s Suspension Systems are designed to allow the machine operator or programmer free access to position the control or MMI control panel within viewing distance of a large portion of the machine.
All the BERNSTEIN Suspension Systems feature a modular design, which allows the different length parts and fittings to be combined to create a system which will meet the customer’s specific application requirements.
Bernstein offers four different systems, which are designed to accommodate different load and application requirements.
LIGHT DUTY (up to 99 lbs.)
CS-3000 neXt
Light Duty
Supports Up to 135 lbs. at 3'
The CS-3000 neXt is the newest series in BERNSTEIN's line. It is considered a lighter duty system, but it can handle up to 135 lbs. at a one meter length. This system features a modern look created by its smooth ergonomic design and edge free connection transitions. It has a large wire way which can accommodate larger connectors like the ones used with VESA monitors and displays.

MEDIUM DUTY (up to 275 lbs.)
CS-3000
Medium Duty
Supports Up to 275 lbs. at 3 '
The original CS-3000 is a medium duty system which can handle loads of up to 275 lbs. at a one meter extension. This system is designed to be easily assembled by one person, is very simple to align and can be realigned without dismantling.

HEAVY DUTY (up to 330 lbs)
CS-2000 System 80
Heavy Duty
Supports Up to 330 lbs. at 3'
The CS-2000 SYSTEM 80 is a heavy duty system designed to handle up to 330 lbs. at one meter. It features bearing free joint construction, openings at all joints for easy cable installation and the ability to easily adjust the alignment of the joint fittings.

CS-480 NR
Stainless Steel Light Duty
Supports Up to 90 lbs. at 3'
The CS480 NR is a stainless steel tube system designed for use in the food processing, medical and pharmaceutical industries. The system offers both straight and custom bent angular stainless steel tubing, including L-shaped, U-shaped and Z-shaped versions. It includes a large variety of coupling and mounting fittings which can be used to create the perfect solution for your customers needs.
